Worst Asda I have ever been in and Im a very experienced Asda shopper. Horrified
On Friday during shopping I was returning my trolley and found a handbag on another trolley, I went back into the store and handed in handbag, I handed it to customer services, the lady said she would log it in, I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do, she said curtly we don't do finders keepers anymore, she repeated this again, I told her that I did not care about that and only wanted the handbag returned to its owner, I found this quite uncomfortable as there was several people behind me, I think extra training is needed to some of your staff on customer services, not everyone is gready and selfish some of us believe in doing the right thing!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Ordered for a delivery to come last night between 8pm-10pm. It came at 9pm The driver only delivered half of our order and tried to convince us otherwise that he thought wed already taken it from him when we had not. Came without a delivery invoice note with all our order listed on it so even the driver didnt know what was missing ( I had to look on my asda app and check ) We didnt accept this delivery as we was billed for the whole delivery and only received half so we sent the food on its way back with the driver and requested a refund on the phone. Next thing we know, we look outside our door this morning and find 2 large crates with all wet food in it and a delivery invoice note. So I reckon the driver that first delivered our incorrect order, ended up finding the rest of our order in his van and dropped it off at our house last night. We were up until 12pm and we heard no knock on the door to let us know hed found the rest of the delivery so we woke up to wet food dropped off in Asda crates this morning... so what are we meant to do with the Asda delivery crates? Is this some sort of joke. And the NEXT thing is is that even when the rest of the order had been found and plonked outside our door, the first half of our order that had arrived last night wasnt in the order that wed found this morning so we were STILL half an order down. Absolutely ridiculous! We rang customer services and they had spoken with a manager called Kevin and this is where it gets great!... Kevin had told us that WE have to drive all the way back to Asda to return our incorrect order and that he cant send someone out to collect it!! This manager is some joker! My husband had to drive all the way down to Asda this morning and return the order after giving a very lengthy complaint over the phone to customer services. He didnt find this manager Kevin but spoke to his manager and she was confused as to why Kevin would say that they couldnt get some one to come and collect this incorrect order that was plonked outside our house which has now cost us money, mileage and time. That was our weekly shopping that included food so that we would give to feed our 18 month old child. Ridiculous. So In the end they gave us a refund which was always the plan anyway and gave us a 30.00 total voucher and by the end of my husbands rage , they then asked him to go and get this delivery out of his car and bring it into the store of which he declined stating how ridiculous this has been and so they got someone to take this order from his car. Poor customer service and delivery man. And Id just like to know what the hell is going on with dumping food outside peoples houses at night and allowing it to go wet!I will not be doing any more online shops with Asda.
Asda is open till late nice time to do your shopping you have the shop to yourself
I have been looking for a store similar to Walmart and I finally found one. This is a decent store that has most of everything that you need. The people here are very friendly
